📜 Agreement to Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. I've tried to keep them fair and readable – no lawyer-speak traps here. If something doesn't make sense, just ask.

🛍️ Products & Orders

Handmade means handmade. Each pair of earrings is crafted to order. This means:

• Slight variations between products are normal and part of the charm
• Colors may appear slightly different on screens vs. real life
• Processing takes 3-5 business days before shipping

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if something seems off (unusual quantities, suspected fraud, etc.). If that happens, you'll get a full refund.

💰 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Euros (€)
• Prices include VAT for EU customers
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You won't be charged until checkout is complete

I reserve the right to change prices anytime, but any orders already placed will be honored at the original price.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• I ship from Bulgaria to most countries
• Delivery times vary by destination (2-20 business days)
• I'm not responsible for customs fees or import taxes in your country
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the postal service

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• 14-day return window for unused items in original packaging
• You pay return shipping (unless I made an error)
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after I receive the return

🎨 Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are my own work (or used with permission). You're welcome to share photos of your earrings, but please don't:

• Copy or reproduce my designs for commercial use
• Use my photos without credit or permission
• Claim my work as your own

If you want to collaborate or feature my work somewhere, let's chat – I'm usually happy to say yes!

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

I put care into everything I make, but I'm just one person running a small business. I can't be held responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages from using my products
• Issues caused by postal services after I've shipped your order
• Allergic reactions (though all hooks are hypoallergenic stainless steel)
• Website downtime or technical issues beyond my control

My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved in Bulgarian courts, though I'd much rather work things out directly with you.
