Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! I love bringing custom ideas to life. Whether it's a specific animal, a
design tweak, or something completely unique – send me your idea via the contact form and I'll let you know if it's doable. Custom
pieces usually take an extra 2-3 days to create.
How long until my order ships?
Each pair is made to order, so I need 3-5 business days to create your earrings before
shipping. It's not sitting on a shelf – it's being laser-cut and hand-painted just for
you!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, reach out as soon as possible. If I haven't started
crafting yet, I can usually accommodate. Once production begins, changes become tricky –
but I'll always try to help.

Where do you ship to?
Everywhere! I ship from Bulgaria to most countries worldwide. EU orders arrive in 5-10
business days, international in 10-20. Check the shipping
page for exact times and costs.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! Orders over €30 ship free. Grab an extra pair for a friend and save on shipping. ✨
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Packages occasionally get lost in postal limbo – it happens. Wait until the maximum
delivery window has passed, then contact me. I'll work with you on a replacement or
refund.

What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging. Just reach

My earrings arrived damaged – what now?
Oh no! Send me photos within 48 hours of delivery and I'll sort it out ASAP – either a
replacement or full refund, your choice. I pack everything carefully, but sometimes
transit gets rough.

What are the earrings made of?
The body is linden plywood – a wood traditionally used in Slavic cultures for protective
charms (fitting, right?). Each piece is laser-cut, hand-painted with acrylics, and
sealed for durability. Hooks are hypoallergenic stainless steel.
Are they hypoallergenic?
Yes! All hooks are made from hypoallergenic stainless steel. If you have severe metal
sensitivities, let me know – I can accommodate special requests for sterling silver or
gold-plated hooks.
How do I care for wooden earrings?
Keep them dry! Avoid wearing in the shower, pool, or heavy rain. Store them in the kraft
box they came in to prevent scratches. With a little love, they'll last for years.
How big are the earrings?
Most designs are approximately 3cm x 2cm – noticeable but not overwhelming. Statement
pieces may be slightly larger. Each product page shows exact dimensions.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order comes in a cute kraft box that's already gift-ready! No extra wrapping
needed. If you want me to include a handwritten note, just mention it in the order
notes.
Do you do wholesale?
Potentially! If you run a shop and want to stock my earrings, get
in touch. I'm open to small boutique partnerships where the vibe is right.
