Processing time: 3-5 business days to create your earrings before shipping.

Your earrings arrive in eco-friendly packaging that's also gift-ready. Each pair is nestled in a small kraft box, perfect for gifting or keeping as storage. No excessive plastic – just thoughtful presentation.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
I want you to absolutely love your earrings. If something isn't right, here's my promise:
- 14-day return window from when your order arrives
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Contact me at hello@stefansalkimia.com to start a return
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
For exchanges, just reach out and we'll figure it out together. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to making things right.
💔 Damaged or Lost Orders
Sometimes things go sideways in transit – it happens. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:
- Send me photos of any damage within 48 hours of delivery
- For lost packages, wait until the maximum delivery window has passed, then contact me
- I'll work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund
