I'm Stefan, and I run this small jewelry business from Bulgaria. I collect only what I need to get your earrings to you, I don't sell your data to anyone, and I use trusted services (like Stripe) to handle payments securely. That's the gist of it.

When you shop with me or get in touch, I may collect:

• Order information: Your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered
• Contact form messages: Whatever you write to me
• Newsletter signup: Just your email, if you opt in
• Basic analytics: Anonymous data about how the site is used (no creepy tracking)

I never see or store your payment card details – that's all handled securely by Stripe.

• To fulfill orders: Obviously, I need your address to send you earrings
• To communicate: Order updates, shipping notifications, replies to your messages
• To improve: Understanding what products people love helps me create better designs
• To send occasional emails: Only if you signed up for the newsletter, and you can unsubscribe anytime

I work with a few trusted services to run this shop:

• Stripe: Processes payments securely (they have their own privacy policy)
• Postal services: Your shipping address goes on the package – no way around that one
• Netlify: Hosts this website

I don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
